- In times past, purchasing a Hottop unit in Australia was a difficult process. You had to pay US dollars into an overseas bank account and cover the currency conversion and international money transfers costs yourself. There was also the unknown factor of warranty support. At the time of writing, Things Coffee is the only company importing Hottop roasters to Australia. All our stock is held in Australia, sold by an Australian business. Furthermore, we service the 12 month return-to-base warranty supplied with each unit.
- Service
- All roasters are quality tested by the manufacturer, however for added peace of mind we perform a test roast of our own prior to dispatch. This allows us to be absolutely confident the unit is working exactly as it should, giving you the peace of mind you want to be able to unpack your new roaster and get started straight away. Note that this process may result in minor evidence of use, such as stray bean chaff or small bean fragments; rest assured your unit is brand new but has been tested to ensure it is working properly.
